Exchanges and Refunds
We proudly offer a (30) day money back guarantee to all customers which begins (30) days from your order date. These 30 days will allow you time to see if the product/s will work for you or your cat.
If within 30 days you or your cat don’t love your purchased item/s we will accept a return, no questions asked!
Once receiving a returned item back, we will inspect the shipment to make sure it’s in good condition and all parts are in the box. You will then be issued a full refund of your purchase price. Please note, we do not charge a re-stocking fee, however the cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer, for ramps this is charged at a flat fee of $25.
RETURNS PROCESS & REFUNDS
Please DO NOT ship any purchased items back to us without contacting us first. The returned item/s WILL NOT be accepted back to our fulfillment center without a specific RMA (return number) on the box.

- Images - if your item is damaged
Once we receive your request our customer service team will give you further instructions including a return number (RMA) to place on the outside of the box.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order was received in a damaged condition. You can email our support team at Support@scratchyramp.com for a free replacement.
Please send images of the damage so we can submit a claim to the shipping carrier, we will replace any damaged items in your order, once we confirm the damage.
